2026 has also seen three new senior hires for the business
Chestertons Global has added partners in eight new markets and made three senior appointments to support its expansion in the last year.
The new affiliates include Chestertons Nice, led by Olivier Morvan, which holds an exclusive licence for Nice and has an office in Valbonne, near the Sophia Antipolis technology park. In the Caribbean, MOD Realty, led by Athena Nicole Smith, joined the network in July while Bellegarde Estates, run by Michelle and Pierre Bellegarde, now represents Chestertons in St Vincent and the Grenadines. In Costa Rica, Chestertons awarded an exclusive licence to Dawn Lane’s Luxury Lane Realty in September.
The company has also now finished onboarding last year’s new partners in Bahrain, Cannes, Marbella and Malaysia.
Senior hires
Chestertons Global’s senior hires include Alasdair Hedley, who joined this month as chief of strategy and global expansion following senior international roles at Countrywide, Hamptons International and John D Wood & Co. Meanwhile, John Stevens was appointed CEO of Chestertons MENA in March after more than 30 years of real estate experience in the Middle East and Asia with Asteco, JLL, CBRE and Colliers. Finally, Ramzi Darwish has joined as CEO and country head for Saudi Arabia after more than 12 years with Savills Middle East.
Internally, the firm promoted Cory McNally from Chestertons UK to global expansion director of Chestertons Global in February, after 16 years with the UK business.
Mohamed Mussa, managing director of Chestertons Global, said: “This has been a landmark year for Chestertons Global. Adding eight new markets and welcoming outstanding partners from Nice to the Cayman Islands shows how much appetite there is among the best independent agents to be part of a global brand.
“The Chestertons brand opens doors, but it’s the people of Chestertons who create the opportunities. That’s why we’ve brought in senior talent like Alasdair, John and Ramzi, and why we’re investing in partnerships and technology that help our affiliates look after their clients across borders.”
Chestertons Global has also unveiled a new lead portal which sends website enquiries to the right affiliate in under a minute, and a new global website will launch in Q4 designed to make affiliates easier to find on search engines and AI search tools. A dedicated cross-border referral platform is planned for 2027.
The network is also trialling DEXA, an AI property assistant from technology partner DevsSpace and has announced a new referral partnership with Key Currency.
