At Cushman & Wakefield, he will lead the UK hotel capital markets team, advising owners, investors and operators on transactions and strategic investment opportunities.
Lynn will work closely with the existing senior team in London, including Andrew Horder, as well as Fred Le Fichoux, who leads the EMEA hospitality team.
“Cushman & Wakefield has a strong reputation in the hospitality sector and an experienced team advising clients across the market,” said Lynn.
“I’m excited to join the business and look forward to working closely with clients to support their investment decisions and help them navigate an evolving market.”
The news follows the recent arrival of Carl Ridgley as head of hospitality UK, alongside a series of promotions and strategic appointments, including the promotion of Francesca Madden to associate, hospitality capital markets, and the appointment of Sofia Newman as an analyst.
Ridgley said: “Ryan’s appointment reflects our continued investment in strengthening our hospitality offering. Over the past year, we have broadened our expertise through a combination of senior appointments, promotions and expanded leadership responsibilities, ensuring we have the capabilities needed to support clients across an increasingly active market.
“Ryan’s experience further enhances our capital markets offering and our ability to deliver market-leading advice to owners, investors and operators.”
