South Wales estate agency Flying Keys has joined eXp UK, moving its business onto the self-employed brokerage’s Team model as it looks to expand across the region.
The company has relaunched as Flying Keys powered by eXp but will retain its existing brand and customer proposition.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Ryan and Lauren Fletcher, Flying Keys sells close to 300 homes a year across South Wales.
Under the new structure, the agency will use eXp UK’s technology, training and operational support while continuing to trade under the Flying Keys name.
Ryan and Lauren Fletcher will also bring members of the existing Flying Keys team onto the eXp platform as self-employed agents.
The model will allow the business to recruit additional agents and expand its geographical coverage across South Wales without moving away from its established brand.
The deal represents another established agency moving onto eXp UK’s Team model, which allows estate agency businesses to retain their own identity while operating through the wider eXp brokerage.
Flying Keys follows NAKED and Willmotts, which have also recently moved onto the eXp Teams platform.
