UK insurtech platform Incept has entered an underwriting agreement with Fortegra to support its new title insurance solution. Fortegra is a global specialty insurer with an established and growing position in the UK market.
The agreement gives Incept underwriting backing for a digital title insurance product built for UK property transactions.
The platform is designed for buyers, sellers, and lenders seeking faster policy procurement during property deals.
Incept uses an algorithm-driven model and a live data feed sourced directly from the Land Registry. Its portal generates on-demand, all-risks title insurance policies in seconds.
Founded in 2024, Incept is revolutionising how property deals get done.
Our solution harnesses the power of technology and data analytics to enable real estate transactions to begin better, achieving game-changing efficiency and cost-savings.
“With more speed, less cost and reduced risk, we put the power of title insurance in your hands, eliminating inefficient manual processes and providing title insurance policies in a matter of seconds,” Fortegra Insurance UK CEO Mark Figes said.
The insurer’s financial strength and focus on innovation position it to support Incept’s UK title insurance plans. He said Incept’s technology-driven model fits the type of partner Fortegra seeks.
Fortegra’s commitment to innovation and our financial strength make us well-positioned to support Incept’s ambition in the UK title insurance space. Their technology-driven platform represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking proposition we look for in a partner – one that delivers genuine value to the market

Incept founder and CEO Reema Mannah said Fortegra’s backing represents a vote of confidence in the platform. She said both companies share a belief in using advanced technology to improve the underwriter and client experience.
Mannah said Incept aims to bring value to a crowded market where service quality has weakened and premium rates have fallen to unsustainable levels. With Fortegra’s support, she said the company wants to change how UK property transactions are completed.
