A major property conference is coming to the South Coast this autumn and a housebuilder is showing its support.
The South Coast CPS (Commercial Property Show) Conference will take place at St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton on Wednesday, November 11, and Thursday, November 12, and is expected to bring together 1,200 senior professionals from across the region.

Barratt David Wilson Homes is a sponsor of the event, and Rob Hart, managing director of its Southampton division, will be among the speakers.

The conference will feature attendees hearing from industry experts on market trends, local infrastructure, ESG and sustainability.
It will also include roundtable discussions and networking opportunities with the region’s leaders and decision makers in construction, real estate, logistics and urban regeneration.
