Real estate practitioner and founder of TMS UK Properties, Kayode Adeagbo, is set to bring together property professionals and investors in Lagos for the Three P Conference (Pounds, Properties and Profit), amid growing concerns about safer and more sustainable property investments.
The conference, themed “Diversify into UK Properties for Stability & Profitability,” is expected to focus on how Nigerians can explore international real estate opportunities, preserve wealth and reduce exposure to location-specific risks.
Scheduled for July 25, 2026, at the Marriott Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos, the event comes at a time when recent flooding incidents across the city have renewed discussions around urban resilience, infrastructure quality and the need for smarter property decisions.
Adeagbo, who has over three decades of experience in real estate, said changing realities in major cities have made diversification an important consideration for investors.
He added that property ownership should go beyond location and market demand, stating that investors must also consider factors such as sustainability, infrastructure and long-term value.
According to a statement shared with Society Plus, the Three P Conference will provide participants with practical knowledge on investing in the UK property market, earning rental income in pounds sterling, understanding overseas property financing and identifying emerging opportunities.
The event will feature industry leaders including CEO of FifthGear Plus Consulting, Niyi Adesanya; CEO of Barachel Reality Limited, Samuel George; Group Managing Director of Assetrise Holdings, Oluwadurotimi Ojamamoye; CEO of Bablo Homes, Niyi Babalola; and CEO of Properties Everywhere, Ariola Atunise.
The conference will also examine the changing dynamics of real estate investment as climate-related challenges continue to influence decisions in cities around the world.
Beyond investment opportunities, organisers said the forum aims to connect serious investors with experienced professionals while encouraging Nigerians to explore global pathways to property ownership and wealth creation.
With attendance limited to invited participants following a pre-qualification process, the conference is expected to attract prospective investors, business owners and professionals seeking to expand their real estate portfolios.
Adeagbo said the goal of the initiative is to empower Nigerians with the knowledge required to make informed decisions in an evolving property market.
