Keller Williams UK has launched a new premium property division aimed at supporting agents working in the upper end of the residential market.
KW Luxury, the firm’s dedicated high-end arm, is designed to provide additional tools and support for agents handling luxury and prime property transactions.
The division offers enhanced branding, marketing resources, access to international referral networks, and specialist training focused on the requirements of the luxury market. It will also include events and programmes aimed at connecting agents with high-net-worth clients and overseas buyers.
Keller Williams UK operates within the global Keller Williams network, which is the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, with more than 1,000 offices and over 170,000 associates across 64 countries.
