This acquisition establishes Lomond’s new Bristol hub and expands its estate agency, lettings and property services presence in the South West.
Lomond has acquired Ocean Property Services Group to establish a regional hub in Bristol and expand its presence in the South West.
The business provides residential sales, lettings, conveyancing, property management and financial services.
