Marcus Hutchings joins after more than 12 years at CBRE, where he was senior director.
Savills has appointed Marcus Hutchings as director in its property management team, based at the Margaret Street headquarters in London.

He is a chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in managing and transforming complex property portfolios for major institutional investors and clients.
