The agreement will use Sixth Street’s global asset-based finance (ABF) platform to provide financing solutions across the UK property market.
Sixth Street said its London-based ABF team would work alongside its real estate team to provide flexible, scaled financing for property borrowers.
The firm’s ABF platform focuses on asset and platform investing and origination across asset-based finance markets.
