Senior UK property development leader Stephen Vickers has joined TMX Transform to lead the firm’s property and project services pillar. of TMX Transform’s integrated supply chain model. The appointment follows a period of rapid growth for TMX in the UK, which has created demand for dedicated property leadership alongside TMX’s existing supply chain and operations capability.

His background across some of the industry’s largest developments means he understands both the technical delivery and the commercial pressures our clients are working with. That expertise in property means we can offer our UK clients here the same joined-up approach that’s worked so well for us in other global markets like APAC and the US.”
Founded in 2010, TMX Transform is a specialist supply chain consultancy with more than 200 experts around the world. The firm has offices in Australia, New Zealand, the US and the UK – where it began operations in the UK in late 2022. In the four years since it arrived in the UK, TMX has enjoyed a growth rate of 600%, while globally, 70% of TMX’s clients are repeat customers.
The firm aims to deliver an integrated approach, bringing supply chain strategy, design, real estate and operations together under a single engagement rather than treating each as a standalone service. TMX has already facilitated some leading UK projects in supply chain, including Marks & Spencer’s £340 million automated National Distribution Centre. Vickers’ appointment strengthens the property pillar of TMX’s model as the consultancy continues to extend its UK capability.
Vickers joins from Panattoni, where he was commercial delivery director overseeing development delivery across the south of the UK. He previously spent two years at Bridge Industrial as senior vice president of development, where he was part of the team that established the firm’s first office outside the US, securing six sites and de-risking 750,000 square feet of development within the first year.
