The Property Ombudsman (TPO) has appointed Jan Hÿtch (pictured, left) and Bill Cooper (pictured, right) as non-executive directors.
Hÿtch brings more than 35 years of experience in residential property, covering consumer protection, dispute resolution, professional standards, regulation and operational management.
She previously served as a director of Propertymark and a member of the RICS UK residential board.
Hÿtch also worked as an external adjudicator for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and spent 30 years as a partner at Arnolds Keys LLP.
Cooper also brings more than 35 years of experience in business leadership, governance and organisational change across property and professional services.
He was an equity partner at Deloitte and KPMG, where he advised management boards and senior leadership teams on strategy, governance and performance.
Cooper also served as an advisory board member at Aston University Business School.
