Two new lettings at One Portwall Square in Bristol


Savills and CSquared Real Estate, has advised the landlord on two new office lettings at One Portwall Square in Bristol to Turley Associates and QBE, taking the building to 85% let.

Built environment advisory business Turley Associates has taken 2,925 sq ft on part of the second floor, while insurance company QBE has agreed to take 3,960 sq ft on part of the third floor. Turley and QBE join existing tenants AHMM and Haseltine Lake Kempner.

Turley Associates was advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook.

One Portwall Square, developed by Nord and designed by AHMM is an award-winning office scheme with a focus on low carbon design and smart technology. The building is connected to the Bristol heat network, offers BREEAM Excellent certification and an EPC A, and was the winner of the 2023 British Council for Offices (BCO) national award for the best commercial workplace in the UK.

The last two remaining suites of 1,915 and 2,960 sq ft provide office space in the city suitable for 15 – 40 staff available on new leases directly from the Landlord.
