Retired NRL legend Mitchell Pearce is selling another of his Lower North Shore investment properties.
Pearce, who has embraced a dramatically different life since hanging up the boots, has listed a Cremorne apartment as he continues family life in Perpignan, a southern French city near the Mediterranean coast and the border with Spain.
It is where he is coaching with the Les Catalans Dragons, currently sitting eighth on the Super League ladder.

It is his longest held property as the former halfback bought the two-bedroom Holt Ave apartment in 2011 when with the Sydney Roosters. He paid $681,000 for the 115sq m top-floor apartment in a 1960s block.
It is being offered with a tenant in place, paying $850 a week through to October.

Pearce, 37, retains another investment in Cremorne, a three-bedroom townhouse that cost $1.32m in 2013.
He sold his Yeo St, Neutral Bay, investment for $1,276,000 in 2021, having paid $795,000 in 2009.
Last August Pearce offloaded his Newcastle district home for $1.95m.
He had paid $1.295m for the three-bedroom Merewether home in 2018 when he joined the Newcastle Knights.
He retains a Randwick investment bought for $1.665m in 2016.

The recent listing comes as Pearce enjoys life in France with his wife, Lila, and their daughter, Alyia, having given up alcohol, converted to Islam and become conversant in both French and Arabic.
Pearce still devotes time to the Reboot Mindset Academy, a charity initiative he co-founded with former teammate Todd Carney to help people overcome personal struggles and reconnect with their values.

Pearce, the son of Tigers great Wayne Pearce, debuted for the Roosters at 17, helped win the club’s 2013 NRL premiership. He played 238 NRL games for the Roosters, 71 for the Newcastle Knights and played 19 State of Origin matches for NSW.
He played 41 games with Catalans until his 2023 retirement.
