Russell Investments Launches Multisector Bond ETF (RINK), Expanding Its Active ETF Lineup
Russell Investments Multisector Bond ETF gives wealth managers a new way to access a broad range of global credit opportunities in one actively managed fund
SEATTLE, October 28, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Russell Investments today announced the launch of the Russell Investments Multisector Bond ETF (NYSE Arca and Texas: RINK), an actively managed fund that gives wealth managers access to a broad range of global credit sectors in a single ticker. RINK joins Russell Investments Core Plus Bond ETF (BD) as the second fixed income strategy in Russell Investments’ active ETF lineup, which now includes eight ETFs across equity, real estate and fixed income in the U.S.
For wealth managers, the fixed income conversation is changing. Clients still need income, but they also need portfolios built to navigate shifting markets and a wider range of investment opportunities. RINK brings those opportunities together, investing across debt, high yield, leveraged loans, securitized credit and corporate bonds in a single actively managed ETF.
“Clients want their bond portfolios to provide income today and help them pursue their longer-term goals,” said Emily Steinbarth, Co-Head of North America AIS at Russell Investments. “Multi-sector fixed income can be a compelling way to pursue both, but navigating the range of opportunities and risks takes expertise. RINK gives advisors access to a broader range of fixed income sectors, with active management that can shift across them as opportunities and risks evolve.”
A broader toolkit for changing credit markets
RINK draws on Russell Investments’ manager research, capital markets and portfolio construction capabilities to invest across credit sectors. Its multisector approach is designed to adapt as market conditions and opportunities evolve, giving wealth managers another tool to consider when shaping fixed income allocations for clients.
RINK joins Russell Investments’ growing suite of actively managed ETFs, including BD its core plus bond ETF, bringing complementary security selection strategies and specialist manager expertise together within a single investment. Since launching its active ETF suite in 2025, the firm has expanded the platform across equity, real estate and fixed income strategies.
“Navigating different fixed income markets in today’s environment can be challenging,” said Shweta Narasimhadevara, Chief Solutions Officer at Russell Investments. “RINK gives investors an actively managed solution in a single ticker to access a broad range of global credit sectors from securitized through corporates to emerging market debt, while Russell Investments adjusts the mix as market and credit opportunities change.”
