HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CXC Investments, LLC, investment manager of CXC Horizon Fund, LP, today announced the engagement of Silver Fern Financial LLC as its outsourced Chief Financial Officer partner, marking a strategic investment in the Fund’s financial and operational infrastructure as the firm continues to grow.
Through the engagement, Silver Fern Financial will work alongside CXC’s management team and existing service providers, bringing senior financial leadership and specialized alternative investment management expertise to support the Fund’s ongoing operations and long-term development.
Founded by William Bruce, CA, CFA, Silver Fern Financial is a boutique financial and operational services firm serving hedge funds, private equity firms and other alternative investment managers. Bruce brings nearly three decades of industry experience, including senior CFO and CCO leadership positions at investment management firms, as well as earlier roles at Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young. His experience encompasses building institutional operating infrastructure, financial reporting, fund administration oversight, regulatory compliance and operational due diligence.
