A distinctive part of Bollitree is the group of historic agricultural buildings and barns on the estate.
Herefordshire Council approved plans for a Grade II-listed barn to be refurbished with en-suite bedrooms for guests.
Later planning applications covered a replacement or adapted building for Hammond’s cars and motorbikes.
Reports have described one converted barn as a private “clubhouse” or enthusiast’s retreat.
The nearby farm estate
The second Herefordshire property publicly linked to Hammond is a farm estate near Hereford and Ross-on-Wye.
This property is reported to be worth around £1 million or more.

What happened after the separation?
Following the breakdown of Hammond’s marriage, reports said he left Bollitree Castle and spent time renting a Herefordshire farmhouse before moving to the Welsh manor.
Court coverage in 2026 said police had sent correspondence to three high-value addresses linked with him—Bollitree Castle, the nearby farm estate, and the Welsh manor.
