Plans have been submitted to add a porch and dormer to a residential property.
Mr Cumberbatch submitted plans on August 5 to add a porch and dormer window to his property at 74 Winslow Road, Hunger Hill.
The single-storey porch extension will affect the ground floor only, leaving the first floor untouched on both the exterior and the interior.

The plans will create a small porch area on the ground floor, forming an extension to the property’s front door.

The dormer, on the other hand, will affect the roof of the building, creating an entirely new second floor which previously did not exist.
The new space will allow for the creation of a new ensuite bathroom, occupying the newly-created second floor.
