Tandem Property has become the fifth company to join Audria Group, the international real estate company established by Swedish investors Pejoni and Fidelio Capital.
The move marks Audria’s entry into the UK market and represents an important step in its ambition to build a leading technology-driven platform for real estate services across Europe.
Founded in 2017, Tandem is headquartered in London and has a presence in six cities across the UK. The company will continue to operate under its own brand and management team and the investment means it will benefit from the scale, resources and capabilities of Audria Group.
Tandem joins existing Audria companies Newsec, Novier, Sveaviken and Avy, bringing together more than 2,600 professionals across the Nordics and Baltics managing real estate assets with a total value of more than €100bn.
