BTG Eddisons has acquired Milton Keynes-based commercial property and asset management consultancy Hornbeam.
The deal expands BTG Eddisons’ presence in the South East and adds 13 employees to the business.
The firm provides contracted property management services, including rent and service charge collection, financial reporting, tenant liaison, building maintenance and compliance.
It also advises on lease renewals, rent reviews and ways to increase property values.
