TMX Transform hires director for UK property and real estate

TMX Transform has appointed Stephen Vickers as director- property & project services to lead its property and real estate offering in the UK, bringing more than 30 years of industrial and logistics property experience to the role.

Vickers joins from Panattoni, where he was commercial delivery director overseeing development delivery across the South of the UK. He previously spent two years at Bridge Industrial as senior vice president of development, where he was part of the team that established the firm’s first office outside the US, securing six sites and de-risking 750,000 sq ft of development within the first year.

Tom Fitz-Walter, managing director UK & Europe, TMX Transform said: “Property and project services has always been two of the three of the pillars our clients ask us to bring together, with supply chain and operations, and Stephen’s appointment in the UK will bring a wealth of expertise.”

“His background across some of the industry’s largest developments means he understands both the technical delivery and the commercial pressures our clients are working with. That expertise in property means we can offer our UK clients here the same joined-up approach that’s worked so well for us in other global markets like APAC and the US.”

The appointment follows a period of growth for TMX in the UK, where the business has expanded by 600% since entering the market in 2022, creating demand for dedicated property leadership alongside TMX’s existing supply chain and operations capability.

TMX operates an integrated model bringing supply chains strategy, design, real estate and operations together under a single engagement, developed in Australia and implemented in Asia, the US and more recently the UK.
