My Property Box has acquired the residential estate agency and lettings division of H&H Land & Estates in Cumbria for an undisclosed sum.

The existing team, including branch manager Paul Doyle, will also transfer.
H&H Land & Estates will continue to operate its land agency and rural property business across the North of England and southern Scotland.

The deal extends its coverage into the North West and gives it a presence in Carlisle, Penrith and South Cumbria.
